What is an informational interview?
This should be your first go-to strategy in relaxing your body. You can do it anywhere, and no one will even notice. You can visualize doing this with a figure 8, a triangle, a star, and a square.
What is deep breathing?
I use these kinds of statements to calmly express my feelings without pointing fingers and blaming others.
What are "I" statements?
When I have a problem at work, I should also brainstorm these so that my boss will see I am not just a complainer.

Sometimes I need this kind of a break to energize my body and wake up my brain.
What are movement breaks?
I can do this to gain experience and learn some valuable work skills. It will make me feel good, because I will be helping others. I won't get paid.

We say "Namaste" when we finish this relaxing activity. It means "I bow to you".

I sharpen this so that I am feeling my best, and can think clearly and rationally. (You need a sharp one to cut down a tree)

I can use this to write down any off topic questions I want to come back to later and not forget.

I can explore different career clusters and interests on this website. I can also learn what skills are needed for different jobs at this site.

An expression that means, "to overreact a minor issue or exaggerate the severity of a situation".

A little of this could help focus, but too much of this could be addictive and make you jittery.

These pop up in the community a few times a year, and are a good way to meet employers looking to hire in the area. I must remember to dress professionally and bring my resume.
