DO NOT GUESS, simply say "I'm not sure but this is how I would find the answer." (Show them what resource you would use to find the answer- ie; clinical manuals, manager, one note, gladiator etc)

Safety concerns, inappropriate or threatening behaviors, patient feedback-compliments/concerns
Can you have food, drinks or your cell phone at the desk?

Can patient relation paperwork such as labels for vitals, mail, consents, ROIs be visible at your desk or where another patient could see it?
No, all patient specific information should be hidden from the view of other patients
