We adhere by the client's needs/protocols for COVID testing and isolation.

Explain the DNR process.

Account manager will document request from DNR in client profile and inform the recruiter. The recruiter will inform the thp, file an IR, and put the thp on hold for that specific client in their CRM profile.

We obtain annual client feedback on our staff and speak with our clients daily to obtain feedback on a regular basis. We also communicate with THPs regularly (verbally and/or via email) and share the feedback we received from the client.
