What is 3:1?
This can not occur during the seven calendar days following the start of each academic year or the five calendar days preceding final exams, during final exams and during the one calendar day after final exams.

This group of people should review the crisis-management plan and its procedures each term and be familiar with key aspects related to managing a crisis.
Who is the Executive Council?
This must be verbal, uncoerced, and unambiguous throughout the encounter.
What is Consent?
The fraternity recommends that none of these be stored or permitted in chapter houses or on fraternity property.
What are Firearms?
This type of event has a focus on an activity or theme where alcohol is not present.
What is a Non-Alcoholic Event?
This must be dry, including any event where potential recruits may be in attendance.
What are Recruitment Events?
If a crisis occurs, this should be closed immediately.
What is the Chapter House?
Any action or situation, with or without the consent of the participants, which recklessly, intentionally, or unintentionally endangers the mental, physical, or academic health or safety of a member or guest.
What is Hazing?
In the event of a serious injury or death, this is who should notify the family.
What is a Professional?
There are generally three different types of events that a chapter may have, including invite, date or couple, and formal dance.
What is Third-Party Establishment events?
This is not to be condoned and drinking games are prohibited. This includes beer-bongs/funnels, keg stands, and binge drinking.
What is High-Risk Drinking?
The correct heirarchy of offices during a crisis.

The threat or act of violence to force consent.
What is Coerion?
During a crisis, the Eminent Archon will notify a list of five people/institutions, this if the first one on that list.

In all Potentially dangerous or harmful situations, the Eminent Archon's first call will be this.

An event can be defined as a chapter event if the chapter has either planned or paid for this.
