It is good to have a good memory if you are a town crier because everything is passed down by word of mouth. If you don't remember something correctly, you could seriously screw something up. A time I accidentally told someone the wrong message was when my dad told me to tell my mom to put a certain basket in the wash. I accidentally told my mom to wash the wrong basket, which were clean.

The things I use to update my news and see what my other friends are doing is mostly Instagram or my texts. I post things on Instagram when I think something is interesting or I am doing something new. I also use Yahoo to see what is going on around the world.

Something i have done that I wouldn't be able to do without my first amendment rights is that i took part in a protest against deforestation by wearing a certain shirt on Earth Day. I wouldn't have been able to show peaceful assembly without my rights.

Town criers and heralds are alike because they both give news to public places for people to hear. They are different because the herald gives the king's word. The town crier gives any news.

Modern journalists are like early journalists because they both give people news. They both let people know what was going on around them. They are both different because modern journalists can use technology and give up to date news, travel faster, and tell people news from around the world. Early journalists, however, did not give as up to date news, traveled slower, and couldn't travel around the world.

We are different from North Korea because we are allowed express ourselves and do what we want. We can petition the government, while in North Korea, you would be arrested or killed for doing something like that.

I think life is a little bit scary. If someone hears you talking bad about the government, you could be arrested or killed. You would not be able to express your self for fear of being hurt. A lot of life would be dull because everyone is forced to like similar things.
