50% Local: homeless, victims of domestic violence, fighting hunger and food insecurity, refugees, people with disabilities, etc.
50% Oversees: academic enrichment programs for disadvantaged Israeli children, help for new immigrants to Israel (e.g. from Ukraine), trauma counseling and scholarships for Israeli victims of terror and their families, summer camps for Israeli children living under fire, etc.
The Israel Education Center is part of this department.
