When is Benefit Audits happening and how many hours are required?
The benefits eligibility audit for U.S. mainland partners takes place on July 6, 2024. The hours needed to pass the audit are the standard 520 paid hours requirement
What is the new Maestrena Procedure?
At open, partners will now follow a three-step process to prepare their steam wand for the day
Fill a steaming pitcher with ice to the max fill lineFill the steaming pitcher with water to the max fill line
Steam the pitcher of ice water on auto-steam
Carefully remove the pitcher from the wand and pour down the nearest sink
Blow out the steam wand for two seconds. This procedure should be completed at open or anytime the machine is cleaned outside of its nightly cleaning cycle. This procedure does not need to be completed post cleaning cycle at close.

Quarterly Planning Meetings will move out one week, allowing time to review the posted materials before the RVP - RD meetings begin
The Brew posting date will move to the 3rd week of the month vs the 4th week of the month

What is happening to Ecosure Dresscode and Identification?
EcoSure will update their dress code to include new color options and allow shirts and hats without the EcoSure logo and EcoSure employees will now use digital identification instead of hard copy badges. These updates will remain standard, and EcoSure employees should not be turned away for these reasons.
