What is Morning Jump and Morning Jump Rotation?
Morning Jump is our student run coffee shop! And the rotation is the time where the coffee shop is open and while we have students who work the coffee shop we have others doing other work. We are going for a coffee shop vibe.

What is Fun Friday?
Fun Friday is a dedicated time each week where you get Free Time Choices and can earn access to different earnings. Access is gained by behavior and choices made.
Do I need to be perfect?
NO! We need you to be human so we can work together. Though if you don't want to work on yourself- that is on you and we are not going to fight you.
How should I come into the classroom?
Quietly. If in a bad mood- keeping it to myself and not spreading the bad vibes.
If I choose to not work during Morning Jump, even if I complete the Take 5 and Daily Check-In, what is the consequence?
It is a written behavior and I might not get access to what I want for Fun Friday. Will be marked at Work Refusal for the time period- whether it be 10-40 minutes, it is documented.
I can't find what we are working on! What should I do?
Raise hand and communicate with staff. We always have extra copies on hand! And also maybe staff or a peer can help you find it.
What happens if I had 19 behaviors or more and don't get access to Fun Friday stuff?
You still have your Free Time Choices!
How do I ask for a break?
Raise hand and ask staff- if we are able to we will give you that break. COMMUNICATE!
I need to pee before the morning bathroom break, what should I do?
Ask staff, we are more than happy to take you or get someone to take you.
What is the expectation during Morning Jump Rotation?
To be working on something- something being the provided choices.
How long do I have to get my materials ready once staff call for class?
2 minutes.
To get binder, pencil, and open to assignment.
Can I go to another room?
You will need 18 or less behaviors, just like the Chromebooks; AND need to ask in the morning NOT during Fun Friday. Need time to call and ask the teacher if it is okay beforehand- we are considerate in this classroom.
If I want to EXIT out of the ACES, what do I need to do?
Meet my personal EXIT criteria, follow the ACES way which helps with meeting EXIT.

I am not in the mood to work today. What is 1 thing you should NOT do and 1 thing you should do?
NOT: work, stare in space
DO: communicate with staff that you want something on the easier side and we will find something to work on for that day.
What happens if we, the class/students, get so far off the original topic and not listening to staff redirections and we do not complete the expected materials?
We lose out on time during lunch after eating, during the free time/break time.
Please remember this can be the whole class, 6 students, or 3 students. If we cannot complete the class, it will be completed during that lunch free time after 12:15.
Can I lose Fun Friday?
Yes you can. You will be in IBI after lunch and will need to have 45 or more behaviors that week. It is okay to have tough and rough DAYS, but do not let that stop you from having a better WEEK.
I am feeling upset and just not myself today, I don't want to be here, what should I do?
Communicate with staff. It is normal to have bad days and hard days, we have to learn how to find ways to still be productive and be creative.

Need to complete the written work first (4 packets), then complete and pass the Food Handler Course online.
