Let your supervisor/manager know! You can call the gym, or Slack them. Throw your shift on the trade board and stay home and rest.

We don't. Any safety equipment that has left the facility is not subject for returns. They are all final sale.
A parent booked a party for 8 children but day of, 2 more kids come. What do we do?
Charge them for 2 additional kids.

What's the point of an asymmetric shoes?
All the muscle tension is directed to your big toe meaning more power through it. Great for overhangs, steep climbing, single point of contact.
Do staff need to pay for boulder pad rentals?
Depends! If you're taking it because no one booked it, nope. If you're booking it because you want to save the crash pads for a trip, yes you do.
