A trace fossil shows evidence of activity, like a footprint or tail drag mark. A body fossil is the actual remains of an organism.

What makes it hard to live in the rainforest?
High moisture can cause muddy, unstable ground. Warm temperature occur frequently along with high humidity, and flash floods and insects are common.
