More youth in Superior Court. Expanded offenses increase the number of juveniles bypassing Juvenile Court altogether. 

Class A Designated Felony Classification. If a case returns to Juvenile Court from Superior Court, it is subject to Class A Designated Felony treatment. 

Transfer Hearings. Both Juvenile and Superior Courts must consider the expanded list of offenses when determining transfer eligibility.
