Day 6 (June 6th) as long as JB has been fever-free for 24 hours. They should wear a mask thru day 10 unless they have 2 negative tests that are one day apart.

Tell them that you cannot share that information because of privacy laws (HIPAA)

Yes, per Cal/OSHA K-12 workers must show proof of a negative COVID test on either day 3, 4, or 5 to continue to work.
