  • and all F2F contacts needs to be added in calenda

what is Process for Triage Ghost whanau 

  • On day of Triage CALL AND TEXT your whanau 30min before you meet them. If they don’t answer or don’t reply, you still need to turn up.
  • Wait there for the hour that’s booked/ or 30min 

If no show, please input on notes on profusion on contact attempts

let admin team know and they will try rebook if whanau is from your own list, then Kaimanaaki will need to rebook. 

  • Try to re-book them again, call 2 x and if they do not answer, please let the admin team know that you will be closing POC

open POC input notes above and also Triage notes on Follow up. 

  • Screenshot POC that’s open and paste on triage chat. @Eddie Muaulama of new whanau so TL can allocate to Kaimanaaki
  • Then upload consent form and Action plan to Sharefile
