So here’s the background. My team has been working with me for several years. They get along great. I enjoy working with them. We were working on a project that had many elements. We had to think about cost analysis, risk analysis, etc. Normally, we can do all of these things, but my team is overworked. They are working on 5 projects right now. They are all a priority. So we are thinking of some ideas to work around all of this. Again, my team is great, but I think we need more support.
