How to make the coffee cubes for Kori-kohi?
1. Espresso Cubes preparation
• Extract 60ml of espresso from the machine
• Add 100ml of water to dilute the espresso
2. Fill the Ice Cube Mold
• Pour the diluted espresso mixture into the ice cube mold, filling slot completely.
3. Repeat the process
• Continue extracting espresso and diluting water
• Pour the mixture in the remaining slot of the ice cube molder until all grids are filled.
4. Freeze
• Place the molder in the freezer and allow the cubes to set completely
• Once frozen , transfer the espresso cubes to a container for storage
