How should you punctuate a quote within a quote?
By using apostrophes around the inner quote.
Ex: " I was like, 'Why can't you just text her?'"
Close the single quotes and then do the double quotes with no space in between.
Ex: "He told me, 'It's not as easy as you think,' so I dropped the subject."
Punctuation always goes inside the quotation marks.

How should you write times of the day?
Use figures with times except for noon and midnight. Never use ":00."

Never unless it is a language major, like English, French or Japanese, or if it is at the beginning of a sentence.
Same rule applies to freshman, sophomore, junior and senior.
Faculties should always be written exactly as they are on Workday.
Ex: Faculty of Culture, Language & Performing Arts NOT Faculty of Culture, Language and Performing Arts or faculty of culture, language & performing arts
When should you use pull-out quotes?
When there is a big space in the layout. Make sure to use particularly impactful quotes.
How should you use an ellipses? (...)
If the ellipsis follows a grammatically complete sentence, place a period after the last word preceding the ellipsis, and insert a space between this period and the ellipsis.
Ex: Ellipses can be tricky. ... Use with care.
If the ellipsis follows a grammatically incomplete sentence, put a space after the final word of the first clause and a space before the first word of the next clause.
Ex: When using an ellipsis ... it's important to use it correctly.
