Plunge the toilet if you can unclog it.
Mop up the floor if it is just water.

Tell the parent/kid that park staff comes every couple of weeks to get balls from the roof. Have the parent/kid leave their name, phone number, and description of the ball. When the ball is eventually retrieved call them to let them know they can come to the center to get their ball back.
What is the correct procedure is you accidentally turn off the skate park lights?
Close the park, call a rec 2 or supervisor, wait 15 minutes, and then turn the lights back on.
If a kid gets a bloody nose during a basketball or soccer game and blood gets on the floor, what do you do?
Stop the game. Clean the blood off the court with bleach. Clean blood off the kid. The kid must have no blood on them in order to come back into the game. Inform the parent/guardian and write an incident report.

You notice 2 kids in the park arguing then one kid pushes another and a fight breaks out. What do you do?
1. Get additional staff to help break up the fight and separate the kids. (Verbally not physically).
2. Depending on the severity call the police so hey can take a report.
3. If you determine the fight is not that severe, get their information and talk to them about why they should not be fighting.
4. Tell them to leave the park immediately.
5. Inform Larry and Tim of what happened ASAP and write an incident report.
