These are not formally committees, but give members the opportunity to discuss issues with sheep, goats, dairy and other sectors of the industry that are less common or geographically diverse than other sectors.

This program focuses on developing individuals who can recognize the need for innovation, lead change, harness the potential in others' voices and capacities and view the world through a global lens.
This trip to Washington DC is abbreviated as LEAD and brings county Farm Bureau leaders to the nation's capital for policy conversations, meetings with legislators and sightseeing.
What is Communications, Media & Spokesperson (CMS) Training?
These committees are formed when concerns develop about a specific topic and the KFB board needs a group to research and discuss what the organization should do.

This leadership position is critical to the success of the organization as it sets a vision for KFB and ensures fiscal responsibility now and in the long term.
What is the KFB Board of Directors?
This national event is a gathering of the Young Farmers & Ranchers, Women's Leadership and Promotion & Education Committees and members interested in their content. This year it will take place in Denver in March.
