During art class you used markers to color all over your desk. What would the consequence be?
Helping clean the desk and promising to use paper next time.
Decide if you're wrong
Deciding that it is okay to be wrong and we all make mistakes
You were running inside the classroom and tripped and hurt your knee. What is the consequence?
1. Having to sit for a timer for ignoring staff instruction.
2. Having a hurt knee
Say "Yes I did it, I'm sorry"
Give you the chance to own up to what you did and apologize for it
You refuse to complete any math work. What is the consequence?
Having to make up the work during recess which means you have less time to play.
Follow the direction
Following the direction from adult on what must be done to fix the problem. EX: if you make a mess, you have to clean it.
At the end of choice time, you do not want to clean up the toys you were playing with. What is the consequence?
1. Having that toy privilege taken away.
2. not being able to do anything else until you clean.
3. Having to sit for a timer.
