In Colossians 3:12 Paul tells us to take off "anger, rage, malice, slander and filthy language from our lips" and put on the clothing of this.

It is important because other peoples' feelings matter. I am important and other people are important too!

Apologize and make it right.
These are something you can do to relax after a stressful day.
What are listen to music, read, play an instrument, take a walk, chat with friends/parents, etc.
In the book of Matthew we hear that this man deals a scathing blow (or condemns) the righteousness of the Pharisees by saying, "You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him."
