In the event that a KIPP Texas Public Schools employee cannot deliver on the key outcomes of their role, that employee should contact their manager to determine a plan for time off and/or request leave. All time should be requested through ADP as is the normal protocol.
In addition, if an employee is under doctor's care for COVID 19, any other ailment, and/or caring for a sick family, Family Medical Leave may apply.
