What is the maximum percentage of classes a student can miss before the professor may withdraw them from the course?

tudents must not exceed 15% absences in any class.

If they reach 10%, the professor can issue a written warning.

If absences hit 15% before the 13th week, the professor may withdraw them and assign a grade of W.

If the limit is exceeded after the 13th week, the student stays in the class but will be graded according to performance (likely an F if they stop attending).

The rule applies regardless of the reason (personal, medical, national duty, or extracurriculars). Students are responsible for managing their attendance within the 15% cap.
