What is a UTM parameter?
Or even better, what guide can you use to better understand what they are?
UTM parameters are small codes added to the end of links that help Google Analytics and other site traffic tracking tools to identify where your visitors originated from. By adding UTM parameters to your Klaviyo email, SMS, WhatsApp and push, you can better understand how the messaging you send through Klaviyo contributes to your overall traffic and conversions.

A customer wants to set up dedicated click tracking.
First I'll check this.
If it's static, I'll verify that a CNAME record from this guide is in place with this.
If it's dynamic, I'll do this.
Either way, I'll escalate to this team.
A customer wants to set up dedicated click tracking.
First I'll check their branded sending domain.
If it's static, I'll verify that a CNAME record from the "How to set up dedicated click tracking" is in place with MX Toolbox (third party DNS record checker).
If it's dynamic, I'll escalate directly to Frontline D&C.

A customer wants to create an A/B test that shows a form to 50% of site visitors and not show a form to 50% of site visitors.
Is this setting possible when creating an A/B test? If not, is there a workaround?
This isn't achievable natively when creating an A/B test - BUT - we can set one version of the form to show only after 1000 seconds.
Profiles are unlikely to stay on a page for more than 1000 seconds so it's likely they will not see the form. There are caveats (like that it will display after that timeframe).
A customer sent a campaign last week to 30,000 profiles and had a coupon in the template.
This week they are sending to the same recipients again and they see a warning that there are not enough coupon codes available.
What should they do? More importantly what IKB has the answer?
They can ignore the warning and send the campaign if the coupon has not expired and the recipients are the same! This warning should not prevent the send from occurring
What is the "Troubleshooting: Using Coupons in Campaigns and Flows" IKB guide
A customer has an internal alert set up in a flow but when they add an email to the send to section of the internal alert, the confirm your internal alert subscription is never received.
The customer has a branded sending domain in place, the send from email aligns with that domain and the Dmarc policy is set to p=reject.
