They had a feast that went all day. The next morning the knights prepared as the people cast bets on who would win.

Saturn asked Pluto to send a Fury which burst out of the ground scaring Arcites horse. He was then bucked off the horse and landed on his head but also recieved many other injuireds. A few days later Arcite died and Palamon ended up with Emily.

The 2 groups were evenly matched so Theseus let them take breaks. Palamon and arcite fought hard but when 20 of Arcties men captured Palamon the game ended and Arcite won the hand of Emily.
