No.
We can only refund the original form of payment. If someone gets a new card, the bank should automatically transfer the refund for them, but they may need to reach out to their institution to confirm.
If a member loses WiFi or internet access, will the app still collect data?
No, data will be stored on the Strap until the connection is restored on the app.
If a member is out of cellular range or loses internet access, up to 3 days' data will be stored on the Strap. Once the phone has re-established service, data will begin to upload again.
