False- After you let the customer know you are going to get them over to a member of leadership as they will be better able to assist with the concerns shared. You always want to make sure your notes are formatted correctly. (Complete sentences, punctuation, and etc) Then transfer case to GEQ before calling the RM line to ensure we are out of the case before T3 takes over.
