Total number of people who were actively employed at the end of the month.
What is Headcount?
The retention rate for employees with under one-year tenure.
What is first year retention rate?
A measure of how may full-time and part-time employees work for an organization. A full-time employee is equal to 1 FTE whereas a part-time employee working 20 hours a week is equal to 0.5 FTE.
What is FTE Headcount?
Total dollars given to employees for working above their FTE hours.
What is Overtime Pay?
This represents the total direct and indirect expenses incurred when replacing an employee—from their departure through the point when a new hire reaches full productivity.
What is cost of turnover?
Cost of employees to picking extra workload.
