I use the bathroom closest to my assigned area.

How do I enter the classroom?
I enter quietly, take out my belongings, and complete the entry task.

How do I check my grades?
Go to Powerschool. Click on the blue grade. This will show me my assignments and scores.
When can I use the bathroom?
I can use the bathroom before school, after school, between classes, lunch and honor time, and when the teacher gives me a pass.

I can fill out the form in my grade level Schoology.
How much time should I spend in the bathroom?
Less than 5 minutes. I go in quietly, do my business, wash my hands, and leave.
What can I do in the library?
Check out a book, study with permission, get Chromebook help, and hang out quietly during honor time.
When can I use my cellphone at school?
Before the day begins, after the day os over, and in the Commons.
What speed should I be traveling in the hallway?
I should walk at a slow but steady speed.
When can I visit Miss Janice or other support staff?
I can visit Miss Janice during lunch and honor time. I can stop in for a quick snack between classes. I will need to have an appointment or be called to visit at other times.
What should I do if others are being inappropriate in the bathroom?
Get out and alert an adult.
Where do I return books?
I turn them in to the librarian or in the hox by the front counter on the left.
How should I get a teachers attention if I need it?
I can raise my hand and wait for the teacher to call on me.
Is it okay to walk with my Chromebook open, phone out, while eating or drinking in the hallway?
No. Chromebooks should be closed. Food and drink belong in the commons, and cell phones are not allowed during the school day.
Where should I keep my backpack and why?
My backpack belongs in my locker. It os a safety issue to have it in class.People trip, and sometimes there might be items in it that do not need to be in class.

If my Chromebook breaks, does the district fix it for free?
This depends on how and why it is broken. There are a charges for repeated damage.

When should I get materials out of my locker?
I should go to my locker before and after school and between periods. It is best to get enough materials to last 2 or 3 class periods.
What is it a bad idea to have cellphones in the bathroom?
They can infringe upon the privacy of others and make them uncomfortable. There are heavy consequences for doing this if one get caught.
