Wafting - a student waves their hand over a container to pass the air above the container they are holding towards their nose. NEVER SMELL ANYTHING DIRECTLY WITH YOUR NOSE.

When the lab is complete over, all the equipment is put away properly, and the teacher says so

If a chemical has gone into a student's eyes. The teacher should always help any student using the station.

Animals should only be handled when permission is granted by the teacher and the animals should be handled with respect.
If you break glass, what should you do?
Tell the teacher as quickly as possible - NEVER PICK UP BROKEN GLASS YOURSELF

Always the teacher and in a large fire or chemical fire.
