How do I locate my schedule?

  1. Log in to your Self-Service Banner.

I need to register for/drop my courses. Who do I contact?

For students in education programs (5 week format), Academic Advising will register on the students' behalf.

For students in all other programs (8 week format), student will need to work with their Academic Advisor to determine course plan and confirm registration. From there, the Academic Advisor will  register on the students' behalf.

Drop: Students must email their Academic Advisor with a request to drop a class and include the Drop/Withdraw form.

I have been locked out of my LEA accounts? What do I do?

You will need to recover your LEA Username and Reset the LEA password via Self-Serve Banner.

  1. Log in to your Self-Service Banner.
  2. Use your Banner student ID (“L” number) and your 6-digit PIN to log in. If you need assistance with your Banner ID and/or PIN, please contact the Help Desk at 409-880-2222.
  3. Click on "Personal Information"
  4. Click on "Change Your PIN or Recover LEA Username and Password"
  5. Scroll to Bottom, under Recover You LEA Username and Password, Click "Give Me A Temporary Password"
  6. LEA Username will be displayed along with a randomly generated password.
  7. Click "Login"
  8. Enter Credentials of Username and generated password
  9. The system will prompt the student to change the generated password to a 10-character password they will remember.
