My emblem is the quill and I sit on the left of the Chief Counselor. My duties are to collect all monies that are due to the Council, make an accurate account of all transactions, turn it over to the Treasurer receiving the receipt for the same.
Who is the FINANCIAL SECRETARY
My emblem is a candle and I’m stationed in the West. My duties are to receive and send messages to and from other Counselors and playing the part of Deceit during initiation.
Who is the SECOND COUNSELOR
My emblem is a candle and I’m stationed in the South. My duties are to receive the signs and signals from Lady Knight Fourth Counselor and to play the part of Nobody during initiation.
Who is the THIRD COUNSELOR
My emblem is a key and I sit at the right of the Chief Counselor. My duties are to receive all monies from the Financial Secretary, giving her a receipt for the same, to pay out at the request of the Chief Counselor, to render a report when asked to do so by the Chief Counselor.
Who is the TREASURER
I mean the anointed and also refer to the expected Prince of the chosen people, who was to complete God's purpose for them.
Who is the MESSIAH
My emblem is the sword and I sit in the East in the front of the Chief Counselor. My duties are to aid and support the Chief Counselor to carry messages from her station, to see that her orders are obeyed, that the banner of our Council is in its proper place, that the four great lights are burning and ready when the makes her address to the candidates.
Who is the AMBASSADOR IN THE EAST
My emblem is the sword and I sit in the back of Lady Knight Fourth Counselor. My duties are to represent this Council at the Chief Counselor’s request, and to prepare refreshments, to assist in helping and abiding those whom we deem worthy. Keep the four bright lights burning and play the part of Conscience during initiation.
Who is the AMBASSADOR IN THE WEST
My emblem is a pad and pen and I sit on the left of the Financial Secretary. My duties are to faithfully record all proceedings of the meeting.

My emblem is a candle and I sit in the North. My duties are to receive orders from Lady Knight Third Counselor and others in the Council, to keep peace and keep the four bright lights burning and play the part of Everybody during initiation.

My emblem is the cross and my station is on the right of Lady Knight Chief Counselor. My duties are to administer the oath and obligation to all Candidates, to act as Chaplain should she be absent, to elect and install officers, and to see that the laws are obeyed and that the house is in order.

MY emblem is the praying hands and I sit at the right of Lady Knight Honesty at the Cross between the Altar and the Chief Counselor. My duties are to assist the wayward travelers.

My emblem is the praying hands and I sit on the left of Lady Knight Mercy at the Cross between the Altar and the Chief Counselor. I please the cause of all ladies of the Council and recommend them to Lady Knight Chief Justice and to take an active part in the initiation of candidates.
