Delta
A type of valley or gorge with very steep sides.
Canyon
A piece of land that sticks out into water and is surrounded by water on there sides.

A group or chain of islands

Swamp
A large raised area of land that is flat on top.
Plateau
Land surrounded on all sides by water.
Island
A narrow strip of land, bordered on both sides by water, connecting two larger bodies of land.
Isthmus
A continuous body of salt water that is contained in an enormous basin on Earth's surface.
