Why would you sell both the Preventive Spray and the Detangling Preventive Spray?
Preventive Spray can be used on household items (backpacks, hats, hoodies, etc.). Preventive Detangling Spray is great for use when detangling in the morning, as it has a light conditioning property.
How do you modify a client's protection plan?
Go to the register, find the client, and choose membership. Select upgrade/downgrade, choose the new plan. Don't forget to modify the enrolment fee!

Treat the client - you can not validate a successful treatment unless it was done in the clinic.
