What steps can we take to make sure that we hold ourselves accountable for our actions and not others. (you have to get 5 at most for points)
1. We need to go in with the right mindset, the right intent.
2. We need to be honest with ourselves in exactly what thoughts and emotions evolved into what actions.
3. Start from the beginning. When doing antardrishti about our Satsang, think back to what we were like when we first came into Satsang?
4. Keep janpanu (awareness) of points of regression, or hesitation in Satsang.
5. Brainstorm ways in which we can prevent regression and move forward.
6. Look at the Satpurush for inspiration. We are blessed with countless prasangs from our Guru Parampara that have the power to reveal new and inspirational messages each time we hear them.
7. Do prathana. Antardrishti can sometimes leave us with a feeling of hopelessness due to our flaws and shortcomings.
