6th Amendment: Guarantees rights to the accused in criminal prosecutions, including a speedy and public trial, an impartial jury, the right to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation, the right to confront witnesses, the right to compulsory process for obtaining witnesses, and the right to legal counsel. 

7th Amendment: Extends the right to a jury trial in civil cases where the value in controversy exceeds twenty dollars. 

8th Amendment: Prohibits excessive bail, excessive fines, and cruel and unusual punishments. 

9th Amendment: States that the enumeration of specific rights in the Constitution does not mean that other rights retained by the people are not also protected.
