Shortlist is utilized as a placeholder for strong applications, that we aren't booking a call with right away. The activity alert aligns to application as a whole so will get a notified after 7 days of sitting in this stage without any activity.
Where would you find, details on how many candidates came in for a specific job from referrals?
You can look at this information in the Source Visual Insights report by filtering down to a specific job, etc.
Our offer letters should be saved in x spot
Lever! Now that we are sending via the flows in Lever, all offer letters should be automatically synced back from DocuSign to save in Lever. This will allow us to move forward with automating the emails to Vanessa and team :)
