This is the minimum amount of time before a scheduled shift you must notify your direct leader if you are going to be late or absent.

This is the type of footwear that must be worn at all times.
What are comfortable, closed-heel, and closed-toe shoes?
This is the number of consecutive days you must be absent due to illness or injury to require a medical release from your physician to return to work.

After the first pro-rated year, PTO is granted in two halves on these two specific dates, unless dictated otherwise by state law.
