Directly supervises Lee and his work
What is the role of the team lead?
Using appropriate words and body language with co-workers/customers
What is respecting others?
Discussing with job coach/team lead about what Lee needs to be successful
What is communication?
Coming prepared with something to ask the employer at the end
What is asking questions?
Working from task to task without being told what to do next
What is staying on task?
Support the team leads/assist the manager
What is the role of the assistant manager?
Not asking for co-workers phone numbers, speaking kindly of others, not gossping, etc.
What is appropriate boundaries?
Accepting a change in routine without becoming frustrated
What is adaptation?
Allowing the employer to fully explain themselves/job/work tasks
What is not interrupting?
Redirecting Lee to stay on task and do his work
What is the job coaches responsibility?
Responsible for all operations in the store
What is the store manager?
Following directions and having a great attitude
What is good listening?
Communicating to team lead that you need 5 or 10 minutes
What is a break?
The employer discussing with Lee about working at the business after the interview is done
What is a job offer?
Something that gets Lee excited about going to work
