Raise your hand silently until you are called on.
What do you do when you get in class?
Enter quietly and calmly, go to your seat, and follow and wait for the teacher to give instructions or follow instructions on the board.
What should you do if you cannot find a piece of paper or book that is needed for class?
Raise your hand and ask for help.
How do you walk in the hallway?
Walk, do not run.

What does it mean to be Level Zero?
Do talking, no making noises of any kind, listening and looking at the teacher or doing our work.
Someone says something that makes you upset. What should you do to handle the issue?
Possible answers...
1. Take a breath.
2. Kindly but firmly ask them to stop.
3. Ignore them and walk away.
4. Let them know that it upset you by using an I statement.
How do we speak to each other during group work?
Respectfully and we take turns.

Hold up 1 finger then sign out and put bathroom pass at your seat. Go quickly and come back.
When can I sharpen my pencil?
You do not need to sharpen your pencil. Just exchange your broken pencil for a new one.

Have materials ready, listen to the teacher, listen to classmates, participate, handle supplies appropriately, use the bathroom without problems, follow teacher or any adult directions, walk in the hallway, etc.

By listening to them, taking turns sharing, showing empathy and respect, and using appropriate language and gestures.

We wait until we are told to line up. We push in our chairs. We line up in front of our lockers with our voices off.
