Shakespeare writes two types of plays - comedies (where people typically fall in love and there are love triangles and loads of people get married, etc.) and tragedies. Which is Romeo and Juliet, and why?

It is a tragedy because even though there is marriage and love involved, in ends in death because of the history between the families and the secrecy involved in the relationship. Not to mention how blindly they fell in love so quickly.
