What big cat is found in the Savanna? (Hint: It's name starts with an L.)
Lion🦁 (These beautiful creatures are found in the savannah, they prey on gazelle and antelope, and other creatures. The country's they are normally found are: fragments of sub-Saharan Africa, along with a critically endangered subpopulation in West Africa and a small population of Asiatic lions in India's Gir National Park.)
This type of bird is very common, it's feathers are blue, black, and white. The birds name starts with the word Blue. What is this bird?
Blue Jay (Blue jays are so beautiful, they are very common, they are found much of eastern and central North America, and they are adapting making them extend their range to the North West!)
This PESKY insect causes a bump on your skin, and only the females bite. They make you SUPER itchy as well. What is this insect?
Mosquito (these pests make you super itchy, and create bumps on you skin. Only the females bite because the blood feeds her babies, the males aren't bad at all. So when you get bitten you know it's a female!)
This scaly critter doesn't have legs, and some of it's kind has a venomous bite.
Snake (These little critters come in many different varieties, and some of them can kill 100 people with only one doce of venom, but they only bite when they hunt or feel threatened.)
This fluffy house pet loves to play, and enjoys chasing thing around, like it's tail!
Dog (Dogs make wonderful companions! They need a lot of care though. Dog's can be found ANYWHERE on the earth, even Antarctica!)
This bird is very fast and it's favorite color(flower) is red. Most of these birds are green.
Humming Bird (A Humming Bird has a long beak to reach the pollen(or nectar) in the flowers. It's favorite type of flower is RED. That's why in the question I said it's favorite color is red. They can flap their wings very fast, that it's just a blur. They can hover in the air.)
This insect is extremely fast. With big eyes👀. They come in every color.
Dragon Fly (These marvelous creatures can fly in ALL directions, even BACKWARDS!! There wings are similar to Butterfly wings. Dragonflies are known to travel at the speed of 35 miles an hour. Making them in the top 5 of the most fastest insects in the world.)
This reptile can climb on walls and ceilings, they are small and agile.
Gecko! (Gecko's have sticky toes, that allow them to climb on any solid surface. They are small and very fast, they are in-between common and uncommon!)
Bear (These giant creatures can run up to 40 mph. They enjoy fish, ants, and berries making them an omnivore. A little rhyme for bears goes like this: If it's brown lay down, if it's black fight back, if it's white say goodnight.)
This animal likes the water, but does not live in it. It has oil on it's feathers to make it so it can not get wet.
Duck (This noisy little friend, can't get wet because the oil on it's feathers, the water will just roll off instead of getting absorbed. A duck can dive 3 stories deep and still not get wet. It eats plants and small animals, like krill or shrimp. When the lakes freeze over they migrate to a different place where it's warmer and the lakes are full of fish and plants.)
This insect has wings, and a exoskeleton (it's skeleton is on the outside) It is black and is found everywhere except the cold areas.
Dung Beetle (This animal rolls up dung, to use it for food and for a female to lay her eggs in it. Dung beetles steal from other beetles, if they are to lazy to find their own. The dung has to be nice a moist or it will be spoiled and they have to start over again!)
This DANGEROUS reptile, has a venomous bite. It can be up to 150-200 pounds. It is a cousin of the lizard.
Komodo Dragon (This grumpy creature is very dangerous, the females are up to 150-160 pounds, and the males, 170-200 pounds. You better be careful if you live on one five islands in southeastern Indonesia.)
This mammal is a carnivore and is part of the dog family. It lives in a pack just like dogs do.
Wolves! (Wolves are marvelous creatures, they come in many varieties such as the Eastern Wolf, Artic Wolf, Dingo, Northwestern Wolf, Japanese Wolf, Mexican Wolf, Alexander Archipelago Wolf, Hokkaido Wolf, Indian Wolf, Eurasian Wolf, and British Columbia Wolf.)
This elegant creature is just like a duck but bigger.
Swan! (These GORGOUS creatures, are just like ducks but white, and bigger. The Ducklings start out somewhat ugly, and they turn into a beautiful swan. You can see that this happens in the book Ugly Duckling, who turned out to be a swan!)
This animal blends in with it's surrounding it's very skinny like a stick!

Bearded Dragon (Bearded Dragons make great pets! Keep them away from cats though..... they are called bearded dragons because their scales form a "beard".)

Human! (Human's have hair all over their body even if it's just a little, making them a mammal!)
This Bird is mostly black with a red throat!
Magnificent Frigate Bird!!! (A Magnificent Frigate Bird has a red throat that can grow bigger, I don't know much on them. I'll update this when I know more!)
This critter has 8 legs.
