There should be an SLP chat and OT chat that are company wide. Clinical questions can really get a team approach using these. Recently, an Eval Ready chat has been opened (in Orlando) to streamline the process of notifying everyone when an eval is ready to be submitted. More chats will be created to streamline other things as well, if you have suggestions, please let us know.

Schedules, insurance auth, paperwork missing, opens CS clients, fields calls and from parents and centers and puts out all the little fires as they start. (this may be someone else for the outpatient clinic and the ES kiddos)

False, the process is you talk to your supervising therapist and discuss what goals need to be changed and why. You have some power here as you will be treating the child.
