These are the steps a consumer can take to deactivate their account.
Click on “My Account” and click on [update] next to “User Profile”. Once you are taken to the “Update Your Profile” page, scroll down and click on “Deactivate my account”. Once account has been deactivated, you will not be able to regain access and any accumulated bucks in your account will be lost.
