Aims to provide quality individualized treatment plans for people with opioid use disorder using effective, evidence-based services and FDA-approved medications.

Our Community Resource Specialists follow an information and referral process that includes: Establishing rapport. Gathering information through active listening. Determining the caller’s previous efforts. Problem solving in partnership with the caller. Matching resources with needs. Identifying potential barriers. Making appropriate referrals to services.

Orleans County Child Advocacy Center
Ensured Children and Families involved in sexual abuse or egregious (outstandingly bad; shocking.) physical abuse cases receive constant child friendly services from law enforcement, prosecution, protective services, including timely and effective education counseling.

Welcomes adults and families who are experiencing a mental health situation and seeking immediate care. Walk in, day or night, and be seen by a mental health professional.
Northeast Kingdom Homecare & The Meeting Place
Provide cost-effective personal care for people who may need assistance with activities of daily living in their homes, in a group facility, or in our adult day center. We believe that senior citizens who want to remain in their homes should be able to secure the support they need to allow them to do so.
