Interstate Disbursement Order (or Judge Campbell Order). Used to allow an Out of State Agency's Disbursement Unit to send monies that are collected in their State, to the Custodian in South Carolina through our South Carolina State Disbursement Unit.
Judge Campbell Order was the term used for older Orders, that do the same thing that an Interstate Disbursement Order now does.
How can a CP pursue unreimbursed medical expenses?
The Child Support Services Division does not enforce collection of unreimbursed medical expenses. The Custodian would have to file for a private Rule to Show Cause at the County Court in which the Order was established.
