If an adult is injured (bit, hurts leg, etc), do you need to complete an incident report?

YES! Any injury, client or staff, needs to be reported via incident report form

100

Do you need to follow your client's schedule on your first session?

YES! If it is in the foundational plan, it needs to be followed, even if you are subbing in, having your first session, only have half a session. The strategies outlined will help you support them in their sucess.

100

Should your phone be out on the floor?

No. In case of emergency, let Patricia know you need your phone on you. Otherwise it should be out of sight for the duration of the session. If you need to text, order lunch, etc, please get client coverage and use your phone in the break room

What time do you need to go to the office if your client isn't here?

8:10 OR when you clock in for clients that don't have an 8:00 start

200

NO, you must always complete an incident report as well, even if it does not break the skin, you are not calling the nurses line, etc

200

I have no clue how to run this program, what do I do FIRST?

Read the SD. Even similar programs will have different instructions depending on client needs, learning style/history, etc.

just let the client play; not place demands; let them do what they want

1 person on the trampoline, all others standing with their clients and engaging at the net

400

When can you leave your client's room to go to lunch?

2 part answer - if you're working lunch AND if you're going on break during lunch

Working lunch - at 11:55 ask one person breaking at 12:00 to watch your client

Going on break - at 12:00 if there are at least 2 lunch staff members in the room. If not, call for leadership to stand in so you can get to lunch on time and clients are sufficiently supported
