How are leave slots determined based on the CBA?
For employees in positions with minimum staffing, there shall be one leave slot for every six (6) bargaining unit minimum staffing positions in that section (e.g. Operations in Emergency Services, Duty Fire Marshals in the Fire Prevention Office) rounded up to the next whole number. Non-bargaining unit employees will not count against bargaining unit leave slots.
