A student comes to your room after you take attendance. What should they bring to you?
Students should present you with a yellow admit slip that says "I have checked in at the office." If they don't have one, direct them back to the office to check in.
How do I get reimbursed?
Submit receipts electronically to the PTC Treasurer. A reimbursement form is located in the workroom along with an email address.

Yes. If a student pulls out a baggie with cough drops, send the student to the office with them.
What is the earliest you can schedule a bus to leave the school for a field trip?

What should you do if you receive a note or email from a parent that their student is going home on a different bus or getting off at a different stop?
Forward it to the office immediately to prepare a "golden ticket" for the student to present to the bus driver at the end of the day.

What are the Parking Spot signs all about that are posted outside of the bathrooms?
Students use bathroom clips to place them on a "parking spot" before entering the bathroom. If all the parking spots are full, students wait until a spot opens up.
Why must you contact the kitchen 30 days prior to your field trip?
The kitchen staff needs time to place orders for the specials supplies needed for sack lunches.
Oregon Department of Education wants students to have a 90% or better attendance rate. How days can a student miss and still meet the guidance?
