NOT REFLEXIVE. As much as you may be attached to your phone, it is not actually part of you. "Tu as regardé ton mobile."

Is this sentence reflexive or not? "He woke up."

REFLEXIVE. He is waking up on his own, therefore it is reflexive. "Il s'est réveillé."

NOT REFLEXIVE. The action is being done to the dishes, not to us. "Nous avons fait la vaisselle."

IT DEPENDS MWAHAHAHA. It depends on whether you use the expression "prendre une douche" (which is a bit more English-y) or "se doucher" (which is a bit more French-y).

"J'ai pris une douche" would be considered NOT REFLEXIVE because the thing you are taking is the shower.

"Je me suis douché(e)" would be considered REFLEXIVE because it literally translates to "I showered myself."
