He worries about the witches's prophecy that Banquo's sons will be king. He is trying to eliminate any threat.

2. He will only be overthrown when the Birnam woods rises.

Why is Macduff able to defeat Macbeth?
Because he was born by a c-section.

She kills herself in her madness.
